The Primary Section of Richmond College, Galle, proudly presented its concert, "Rivimini Udana 2025", held on November 6 and 7 at the College Main Hall. The event showcased the boundless creativity and enthusiasm of students from Grades 1 to 5, bringing to life a vibrant display of song, dance, drama, and cultural performances. The occasion was graced by Mrs. Pradipika Sandamali Pathirana, Deputy Director of Education – Provincial Department of Education (Southern Province), and Mrs. Kalani Jayasekara, Assistant Director of Education – Zonal Education Office, Galle, as the Chief Guests for the two days. Their presence added immense prestige and encouragement to the young Richmondites who took the stage with confidence and pride. Under the guidance of the Principal of Richmond College and the dedicated staff of the Primary Section, the concert reflected months of preparation, teamwork, and artistic excellence. The theme of Rivimini Udana — symbolizing "the dawn of blossoming talents" — beautifully captured the spirit of the young performers and the nurturing environment of the school. Parents, teachers, and students filled the hall with applause as each performance highlighted the creativity, discipline, and enthusiasm instilled through Richmond's holistic approach to education. The event concluded with heartfelt appreciation to the organizing committee, staff members, and students who contributed to making Rivimini Udana 2025 a resounding success.
